Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice uncooked
- 6 cups Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Chicken cooked and shredded
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Green Onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
2. In a pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the rice and salt.
3. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the shredded chicken and fish sauce. Stir well.
5. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and cilantro.
