Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Rice noodles soaked in warm water
  • 200 g Chicken breast sliced thinly
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink.
  4. 4. Push the chicken to one side of the wok and pour the beaten egg on the other side. Scramble the egg until cooked.
  5. 5. Add the soaked rice noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and fish sauce. Stir-fry everything together until well combined.
  6. 6. Add the bean sprouts and green onions. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
