A delicious Thai salad made with minced meat, glass noodles, and fresh herbs.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Ground pork
- 100 g Glass noodles soaked in water for 10 minutes
- 1 cup Mint leaves fresh
- 1 cup Cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Chili flakes adjust to taste
- 1 cup Red onion thinly sliced
1. Cook the glass noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, cook the ground pork over medium heat until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pork, glass noodles, mint leaves, cilantro, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, chili flakes, and red onion. Toss well to combine.
4. Adjust seasoning with more fish sauce, lime juice, or chili flakes if needed. Serve immediately.
