Ingredients 

Burger Patties

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 1 cup Fresh Herbs (Mint, Cilantro, Basil), chopped
  • 4 pieces Burger Buns

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, minced garlic, and chili flakes. Mix well.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or until lightly browned.
  5. 5. Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the buns and topping with fresh herbs. Serve immediately.
