Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, minced garlic, and chili flakes. Mix well.
2. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
4. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or until lightly browned.
5. Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the buns and topping with fresh herbs. Serve immediately.
