Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
  • 2 stalks Lemongrass finely chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, vegetable oil, sugar, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and mix well to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 15 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Serve hot with steamed rice or your favorite side dish.
