Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, vegetable oil, sugar, and black pepper.

3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 15 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
