Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
- 2 stalks Lemongrass finely chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 handful Fresh Cilantro chopped
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the lemongrass and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the chicken thighs and cook until browned on all sides.
4. Stir in the fish sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Mix well.
5. Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a simmer. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
6. Add lime juice and fresh cilantro before serving.
