Instructions
1. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
2. Add the lemongrass and pandan leaves. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
3. Strain the tea into a teapot.
4. Stir in honey to taste. Serve hot or chilled.
