  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 stalks Lemongrass bruised and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 4 leaves Pandan tied into knots
  • 2 tablespoon Honey or to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the lemongrass and pandan leaves. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  3. 3. Strain the tea into a teapot.
  4. 4. Stir in honey to taste. Serve hot or chilled.
