Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast sliced
  • 2 stalks Lemongrass finely chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, vegetable oil, sugar, and black pepper. Mix well and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until fully cooked and slightly caramelized, about 10-12 minutes.
  3. 3. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
