  • 500 g Chicken Breast sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and lemongrass, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Pour in coconut milk and fish sauce, simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with rice.
