Lod Chong Recipe
A traditional Thai dessert made with pandan-flavored rice noodles in sweetened coconut milk.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice flour
- ¼ cup Tapioca flour
- 1 cup Pandan juice Freshly squeezed
- 2 cups Coconut milk
- ½ cup Sugar
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Mix rice flour and tapioca flour in a bowl.
Add pandan juice and mix until smooth.
Cook mixture over medium heat until it thickens.
Strain mixture into a bowl of ice water to form noodles.
In another pot, heat coconut milk, sugar, and salt until dissolved.
Serve noodles in a bowl and pour sweetened coconut milk over them.
