Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • ¼ cup Tapioca flour
  • 1 cup Pandan juice Freshly squeezed
  • 2 cups Coconut milk
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Mix rice flour and tapioca flour in a bowl.
  2. Add pandan juice and mix until smooth.
  3. Cook mixture over medium heat until it thickens.
  4. Strain mixture into a bowl of ice water to form noodles.
  5. In another pot, heat coconut milk, sugar, and salt until dissolved.
  6. Serve noodles in a bowl and pour sweetened coconut milk over them.
