  • 500 g Pork cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 can Lychee drained
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Oil for frying
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add pork and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir well.
  5. 5. Add lychee and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot with rice.
