Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Instant noodles
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Shallot, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
  • 1 teaspoon Chili sauce
  • 2 Eggs Fried
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables Carrots, cabbage, etc.
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the instant noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the garlic and shallot, and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry until they are tender.
  4. 4. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, and chili sauce. Stir well to combine.
  5. 5. Push the noodles to one side of the wok and crack the eggs into the empty side. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix them into the noodles.
  6. 6. Serve hot, garnished with fried shallots if desired.
