Main Ingredients
- 500 g Minced meat (chicken, pork, or beef)
- 1 cup Holy basil leaves
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 pcs Red chili, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and chopped chili, stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the minced meat and cook until browned.
Stir in the oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Mix well.
Add the holy basil leaves and stir-fry until wilted.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
