Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground meat (chicken, pork, or beef)
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 pcs Red chilies, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and chilies, stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add ground meat, cook until browned.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
  5. Add basil leaves, cook until wilted. Serve hot.
