Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 packs Mama noodles any flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, bell peppers, etc.
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the Mama noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes until they start to soften.
  4. 4. Add the cooked noodles to the wok, followed by the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and chili flakes. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
