Pad Nam Prik Pow Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 200 g chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tablespoon Nam Prik Pow (Thai chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
Add bell pepper and chicken, cook until chicken is done.
Stir in Nam Prik Pow, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
