Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
