Pad Pak Thai Recipe
A simple and delicious Thai stir-fry vegetable dish.

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Carrots, sliced
- 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
