Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Duck breast sliced thinly
  • 200 g Rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Tamarind paste
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 2 tablespoon Peanuts crushed
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 20 minutes or until soft. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the duck slices and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. 4. Add the fish sauce, tamarind paste, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Stir well to combine.
  5. 5. Add the drained noodles to the wok and toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. 6. Add the bean sprouts and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. 7. Remove from heat and stir in the lime juice and chopped cilantro.
  8. 8. Serve hot, garnished with crushed peanuts.
