Instructions
1. In a saucepan, combine agar-agar powder, water, and sugar. Bring to a boil while stirring continuously.
2. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Pour the mixture into a mold and let it cool to set. Refrigerate until firm.
4. Cut the set jelly into small cubes.
5. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut milk and ice cubes.
6. Add the jelly cubes to the coconut milk mixture and stir well.
7. Serve chilled.
