Instructions
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
Add bell pepper and pineapple chunks, cook for 3-4 minutes.
Stir in cooked rice, soy sauce, fish sauce, and curry powder.
Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add green onions and cilantro, mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot.
