Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup diced bell pepper
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add bell pepper and pineapple chunks, cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in cooked rice, soy sauce, fish sauce, and curry powder.
  5. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add green onions and cilantro, mix well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot.
