Main Ingredients
- 1 cup glutinous rice soaked overnight
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pineapple diced
1. Rinse the soaked glutinous rice and steam it for about 20 minutes until cooked.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
3. Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to the mixing bowl with the coconut milk mixture. Stir well and let it sit for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
4. Serve the sticky rice topped with diced pineapple.
