Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • 1 head Butter lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground pork and cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add soy sauce, garlic, fish sauce, and sugar. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine carrots, cucumber, lime juice, chili sauce, and cilantro.
  4. 4. Serve pork mixture in lettuce leaves, topped with the vegetable mixture.
