- 1 lb Ground pork
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 cup Carrots, shredded
- 1 cup Cucumber, diced
- 1 head Butter lettuce
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fresh cilantro, chopped
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground pork and cook until browned.
2. Add soy sauce, garlic, fish sauce, and sugar. Cook for another 5 minutes.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine carrots, cucumber, lime juice, chili sauce, and cilantro.
4. Serve pork mixture in lettuce leaves, topped with the vegetable mixture.
