Main Ingredients
- 200 g Pork, thinly sliced
- 200 g Rice noodles
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Bean sprouts
- 2 tablespoon Peanuts, crushed
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
- 1 handful Cilantro, chopped
1. Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Set aside.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Add the pork and cook until browned and cooked through.
5. Add the cooked noodles and sauce mixture to the wok. Toss to combine.
6. Add bean sprouts, green onions, and cilantro. Toss to combine and cook for another 2 minutes.
7. Serve hot, garnished with crushed peanuts.
