Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Prawns peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Red Thai Curry Paste
  • 400 ml Coconut Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Basil Leaves fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the red curry paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the coconut milk, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir well.
  4. Add the prawns and bell peppers. Cook for 5-7 minutes until prawns are cooked through.
  5. Stir in the basil leaves and cook for another minute.
  6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
