Instructions
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the red curry paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add the prawns and bell peppers. Cook for 5-7 minutes until prawns are cooked through.
Stir in the basil leaves and cook for another minute.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
