Instructions
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant.
Add the Thai green curry paste and cook for another minute.
Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
Add the prawns, bell peppers, fish sauce, and sugar. Cook until prawns are done.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve hot.
