Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Prawns peeled and deveined
  • 200 ml Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon Thai green curry paste
  • 1 Red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 handful Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the Thai green curry paste and cook for another minute.
  4. Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the prawns, bell peppers, fish sauce, and sugar. Cook until prawns are done.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve hot.
