Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 eggs eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 3 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ¼ cup crushed peanuts
  • 2 tablespoon green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink. Push to one side of the wok.
  4. 4. Pour the beaten eggs into the other side of the wok and scramble until cooked.
  5. 5. Add the cooked noodles, bean sprouts, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice. Toss everything together.
  6. 6. Serve hot, garnished with crushed peanuts and chopped green onions.
