  • ¼ cup melted butter

Instructions 

  1. Mix flour, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add water, condensed milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until smooth.
  3. Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until elastic.
  4. Divide dough into small balls. Let rest for 15 minutes.
  5. Roll each ball into a thin circle.
  6. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add a bit of butter.
  7. Cook each roti until golden brown on both sides.
