Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 2 pieces Salted eggs boiled and chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 piece Onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Oil for frying
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper to taste
  • 2 pieces Spring onions chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped salted eggs and stir-fry for a minute.
  4. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  5. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
