Slow Cooker Thai Green Curry

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 2 tablespoon Thai green curry paste
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
1. Add chicken, coconut milk, curry paste, chicken broth, bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the slow cooker.
2. Stir in fish sauce and brown sugar.
3. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
4. Stir in lime juice and basil leaves before serving.
