Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200 g chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes

Instructions 

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Add bell peppers and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and chili flakes. Toss to combine.
  6. Stir in basil leaves and cook for another minute. Serve hot.
