  • 4 fillets Black cod about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice wine
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 inch Ginger thinly sliced
  • 2 stalks Green onions cut into 2-inch pieces

Instructions 

  1. 1. Prepare the steamer and bring water to a boil.
  2. 2. Place black cod fillets on a plate that fits into the steamer.
  3. 3. Drizzle soy sauce, rice wine, and sesame oil over the fillets.
  4. 4. Scatter ginger and green onions on top of the fish.
  5. 5. Steam the fish for about 10-15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. 6. Serve immediately with steamed rice and vegetables.
