Ingredients

  • 1 block Tofu firm
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the tofu into cubes.
  2. 2. Place tofu in a steamer and steam for 10-15 minutes.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  4. 4. Pour the sauce over the steamed tofu.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
