Ingredients 

Meatballs

  • 500 g ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce

Sauce

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, minced garlic, grated ginger, and soy sauce. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, prepare the sauce. In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sriracha, and minced garlic. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  6. Once the meatballs are done, toss them in the sauce until well coated.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
