  • 2 lbs Chicken wings
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sriracha, lime juice, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Place wings on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
  5. Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
