Main Ingredients
- 200 g Pork
- 2 tablespoon Tao Jiew (Fermented Soybean Paste)
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Water
Heat the pan and add vegetable oil.
Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add pork and cook until browned.
Add Tao Jiew, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir well.
Add water and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve hot with rice.
