Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the tapioca flour and salt, mixing until well combined.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
