Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados ripe, diced
  • 1 Cucumber sliced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper sliced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Thai Chili sliced, optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced avocados, sliced cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, and chopped cilantro.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, and honey until well combined.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
  4. 4. Garnish with sliced Thai chili if using. Serve immediately.
