Ingredients

  • 4 fillets White Fish
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, and brown sugar.
  3. Place the fish fillets in a baking dish lined with aluminum foil.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the fish fillets, making sure they are well coated.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
