Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Melted butter
  • 2 Bananas, sliced

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the egg and then whisk in the milk and melted butter.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and grease it lightly with butter or oil.
  5. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and place a few banana slices on top.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm.
