Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Bananas, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix the coconut milk and egg. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  3. Fold in the sliced bananas.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a bit of vegetable oil. Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm.
