- 4 pieces Bananas ripe
- 8 sheets Spring Roll Wrappers
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Peel the bananas and cut them in half.
Place each banana half on a spring roll wrapper, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, and roll up tightly.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the banana rolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
