  • 8 sheets Spring Roll Wrappers
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. Peel the bananas and cut them in half.
  2. Place each banana half on a spring roll wrapper, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, and roll up tightly.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the banana rolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
