Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 3 Red chili peppers, sliced
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and chili peppers, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir well.
  5. 5. Toss in the basil leaves and cook until wilted, about 1 minute.
  6. 6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
