Thai Basil Pork Belly Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Pork Belly sliced
- 1 cup Thai Basil Leaves
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced pork belly and cook until browned.
4. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Add the Thai basil leaves and stir-fry until wilted.
6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
