Ingredients 

Ribs

  • 2 racks Pork Ribs about 4 pounds

Marinade

  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Fish Sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. 2. Place ribs in a large dish and pour marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. 3. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Place ribs on a baking sheet and cover with foil. Bake for 2 hours.
  4. 4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill ribs for 5-10 minutes on each side, basting with remaining marinade.
  5. 5. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
