- 2 racks Pork Ribs about 4 pounds
Marinade
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Fish Sauce
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoon Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
2. Place ribs in a large dish and pour marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
3. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Place ribs on a baking sheet and cover with foil. Bake for 2 hours.
4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill ribs for 5-10 minutes on each side, basting with remaining marinade.
5. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
