Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, minced garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the beef balls until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
