Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, minced garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the beef balls until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
