Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 can Coconut milk 400ml
  • 2 tablespoon Red curry paste
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 handful Fresh basil leaves

Instructions 

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add a bit of oil and sauté the onions until translucent.
  2. Add the garlic and red curry paste. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the beef and cook until browned.
  4. Pour in the coconut milk, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir well to combine.
  5. Add the bell peppers and let the curry simmer for about 20-25 minutes, until the beef is tender.
  6. Stir in the fresh basil leaves just before serving.
