- 2 cups Cooked Jasmine Rice
- 200 grams Beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Mixed Vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Green Onions, chopped
1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the beef slices and cook until browned.
4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the cooked jasmine rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring everything is well mixed and heated through.
7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
