Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef, thinly sliced
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon Green curry paste
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Basil leaves

Instructions 

  1. Heat the saucepan over medium heat and add the green curry paste. Stir for a minute until fragrant.
  2. Add the beef slices and cook until they are no longer pink.
  3. Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the bell peppers, fish sauce, and sugar. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in the basil leaves and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
