Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef sirloin thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 Cucumber sliced
  • 1 Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh mint chopped

Dressing Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Red chili finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grill the beef until medium-rare. Let it rest, then slice thinly.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine all salad ingredients.
  3. 3. In another bowl, mix all dressing ingredients until sugar dissolves.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
  5. 5. Serve immediately.
