Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes optional

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine beef broth, soy sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic, ginger, and red chili flakes (if using). Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. Mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry. Gradually whisk into the sauce until it thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
